Merry SITSmas!!!
SITS is having it’s 2nd annual SITSmas celebration. It’s a fun filled day of blog hopping and prize winning excitement. So if you haven’t yet, you might want to go check it out.
2009 has been filled with joy and tears here in our house. Noah is growing like a little weed and learning more and more each day. He turned 1 in August and celebrates his 16 month birthday today.
This past summer we found out that we are expecting baby number two… she’s expected to make her grand entrance into our family in April 2010.
I am blessed to be able to stay at home with my little terror sweetie. When I’m not running after him (which is basically during nap time only!) I am trying to get some school work done. It’s my first time in school in 9 years and let me tell you I’m so glad that the semester is coming to an end and we have a few weeks rest before the next one begins (yes I am crazy enough to take 2 more classes despite being due mid-semester)
We have had a little sadness here in the house in the past year. Last December I said goodbye to my little Sammie and then last month we had to say goodbye again… this time to Ray’s beagle of 15 years… Snickers. We are happy though that Noah got to get to know them and spend some time with the pets that we loved.
I don’t know what awaits us in 2010, except for the arrival of our little girl, but that’s the way that I like it. I look forward to the excitement of the new year and everything that it will bring with it.
Thank you for stopping by and I look forward to visiting your blog too, but for now I need to go work on an Art project for class and then take my son out for his first real romp in the snow! We’re expecting to get a lot of it here in northern IL today and tomorrow!!

Your tree looks so beautiful! I have been messing with my camera to see if I can take it like this. Usually mine are blurry or I use the flash and you can’t see the glow of lights.
